RETURN & EXCHANGE

At our gaming PC store, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gaming PC, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the gaming PC must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Any signs of damage, misuse, or tampering with the product will void the return policy.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [phone number] or [email address] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with the return shipment to ensure proper processing.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their order for a gaming PC within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers must contact our customer service team to request a cancellation and provide their order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that custom-built gaming PCs cannot be cancelled or returned after they have been shipped. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a cancelled order.
